Nice reception & bar/restaurant place with plenty of space for having a drink or/& dinner while the children amuse themselves as well in the spacious place. Nice location, close to Hammersmith metro station. Offered Free mini water bottles complementary for us every day in the room. Value for money

I wasn’t sure about the location of this hotel but it was very convenient. Tube and buses were right outside the door. It was nice to be in a more peaceful environment after a long day in London. Coming back to the hotel at night was quite nice. The ambiance in the lobby and bar was warm and lively ! The breakfast was amazing, it even had gluten free options with excellent coffee, which is not common ! The man with gray hair who worked every morning at the restaurant made sure everything was filled and working properly. He was very attentive 👍🏻 The only thing I would say is that some front desk employees need a little more training or experience to be really efficient but this was not a problem for us.

I had asked for the soda bed to be made up but it was not probably because of the communication between the booking site and hotel. This was remedied immediately.the room was very far away from lifts and I have mobility issues. I had booked it last minute and very lucky to get a room…..but they tried everything possible to get me nearer a lift, unsuccessfully but they did try. The breakfast area was very very pleasant and an exceptional choice of hot and cold.

The room was a good size, lovely space, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and nice. We had a great view out into the city, and the staff were lovely and welcoming even though it was very busy. The bar was nice and advertising and the drinks were good. The terrace area was amazing, especially as we got some sun while we were there. We went for a convention over the weekend, and the venue was perfect for it. It was easy to find things, and the area never seemed too crowded, and the location is good for a bit of shopping and good and drink options.

A lovely stay. I arrived before check-in as I wanted to leave my bags in the foyer while i attended an event. The kind, friendly lady let Me check-in early which was perfect. The hotel was clean and relaxed and quiet and smelt great, the facilities were amazing and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything well stocked and everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable and lovely and warm. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thankyou! 😊

Excellent location for my weekend to visit the eventim appollo theatre. Staff very helpful and considerate. I have mobility issues and nothing was too much trouble to assist me. My accessible room was spacious and clean.

Lovely place, nice beds and facilities, easy to find and lots of restaurants around the area. We went as a couple as we were heading to the Hammersmith Apollo and it was perfect for this, just a couple minute walk away. We were upgraded which is always a big plus + I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others

My Exec Premium Room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable, there was plenty of work desk space and a seating area to work from as well, plenty of sockets for business use and charging. The complementary mini bar was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless. Underground car park with 1.8m height restriction at very reasonable rates. Restaurant served quality, tasteful food and the service was good throughout my short stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming right from the moment we walked in. Marco, the member of staff that checked us in was especially friendly and ensured that my fiance and I had a great time at the hotel as we had booked through booking.com and had been chosen as guests of the day so had our room upgraded and got a free drink each at the bar. After a long journey to London from Yorkshire, this was definitely something that made our day.

Great location. Easy to find. Would have brought my car if I had realised about parking .Clean quiet rooms .good meal selections on site .good breakfast selection and were kind enough to allow me to book for breakfast even though we were a party of two as my son cant eat so always feel it is unfair when some places insist I pay for both of us
