First I loved the staff,Kanni who was the supervisor on the day i arrived was like God sent, she was training a new person and had all the patience on earth for me.She went over and above to make me comfortable.The rooms were Gorgeous although small, very clean, comfortable and had so many treats awaiting the guest.the house keeping was to perfection, they made the room look like that of a Prince anytime I returned back.The place was just heavenly.

Dog accepted. 1 per room at cost of £15 per night. Actually they don’t give the dog anything for that but at least they do take dogs. There’s grass outside the front for girl dogs toileting. Olympia is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel was clean and fresh. Has that quality feel about it.

A good stay and a full service hotel that’s in need of an update. Nothing wrong here just a bit dated. Rooms are good sized and the beds and bedding comfortable, soft. The bathroom is good sized as well but the amount of caulk and over painting reveals some of the wear. The WiFi is great and for me my room had a view of London skyline and it was nice. Everything about the hotel feels late early 2000s. Golden Oak laminate in the rooms. The bar is staffed with talented, friendly mixologists and everyone is service oriented. Nothing wrong here. The rates were good for the location.

Friendly helpful staff, we arrived early for check-in and they held our bags for us. The room was spacious - there were 3 of us - two good sized single beds and sofa bed which was good size and comfortable. There were 3 sets off towels in the room and a bottle of water. Good sized bathroom with lovely hot shower. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and again friendly helpful staff. We were attending the Queen's WTA tennis so it was a great location for that - 5-6 minute walk, it's on the Piccadilly line. It was excellent value.
