A good stay and a full service hotel that’s in need of an update. Nothing wrong here just a bit dated. Rooms are good sized and the beds and bedding comfortable, soft. The bathroom is good sized as well but the amount of caulk and over painting reveals some of the wear. The WiFi is great and for me my room had a view of London skyline and it was nice. Everything about the hotel feels late early 2000s. Golden Oak laminate in the rooms. The bar is staffed with talented, friendly mixologists and everyone is service oriented. Nothing wrong here. The rates were good for the location.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a great choice and the food was tasty. The selection was constantly replenished when items ran out. The room was nice and quiet and the bed comfortable.

The hotel is a great hotel, aesthetic wise it’s beautiful, location wise for what we needed it was spot on (Final Fantasy concert in the Eventim) and located round lovely pubs and places to eat (even as a vegan) the rooms were big and clean and very very nice. Staff were friendly but one girl in Particular gave us the plasters form her bag for one persons very badly cut feet as the first aid kid was empty, appreciate she likely needed them wearing heels and standing all day so thank you so much!

Friendly helpful staff, we arrived early for check-in and they held our bags for us. The room was spacious - there were 3 of us - two good sized single beds and sofa bed which was good size and comfortable. There were 3 sets off towels in the room and a bottle of water. Good sized bathroom with lovely hot shower. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and again friendly helpful staff. We were attending the Queen's WTA tennis so it was a great location for that - 5-6 minute walk, it's on the Piccadilly line. It was excellent value.

We were met with a very friendly desk lady who took the time to say hello and chat with my 7 year old son asking him about his day, she then went to get a children's welcome pack from a draw and included a tiger mask as he was wearing a tiger T shirt. He was chuffed with this. She offered him use of the sweets trolley all free of charge. We were made to feel very welcome. There was plenty of tea and coffee, some hotels only put enough for one cup but the room was well stocked and there was some chilled water in the fridge.

The rooms are spacious and nice, breakfast was good, Location is the best!! Next to the underground station and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff are super nice and helpful. The area is safe and quiet

We stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at the Eventim Apollo. The Novotel is perfectly situated for this, being less than 10 minutes stroll from the venue and only 5 minutes from Hammersmith Station. Although we didn't drive into town on this occasion, we did take a look at the onsite underground car parking which seemed fine albeit with very low headroom. At £1.50 per hour for hotel guests, it's pretty reasonable for London. We will probably drive in next time. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The check in was quick, easy and friendly. The whole vibe was very comfortable and better than we were expecting from a big chain. We would certainly come back again.

Great location. Very close to Hammersmith tube and the Apollo. Received a nice welcome from Ioannis on reception, who was very helpful. Well appointed room, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Bathroom not very big but plenty of space to lay out toiletries which is always appreciated. Wanted to eat before going out, but as hotel restaurant not open until later, we used room service and ordered a couple of pizzas. I don't know if they're made in-house or brought in, but either way, they were good.

Staying at your hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by your team. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. When I experienced a car battery issue, they graciously extended my parking and offered assistance. A particular staff member, on duty around 7 PM, provided outstanding customer service by personally checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory—a gesture I deeply appreciated. The housekeeping team also deserves commendation for their friendliness and attention to detail, which significantly enhanced my stay.
